• Office and commercial clearance
• Furniture and bulky item disposal

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location.

• Bookings can be made online, via phone, or email.
• Prices are based on volume, type of waste, and labour required.
• Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the actual load differs from the original estimate.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the type and volume of waste.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the collection site.
• Clearly identify any hazardous or restricted materials.

Failure to do so may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

We do not collect or handle:

• Hazardous waste (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, solvents)
• Medical or biological waste
• Explosives or flammable substances
• Any materials prohibited under UK law

If prohibited items are identified, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the service.

We are committed to responsible waste disposal and operate in compliance with UK environmental regulations. Waste is:

• Recycled where possible
• Disposed of at licensed facilities

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

• We take reasonable care when providing our services; however, we are not liable for:
  • Pre-existing damage to property
  • Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided unless otherwise required by law.

• You must ensure that the working area is safe and free from hazards.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.
